During the long install process, she was very encouraging and friendly and she always made sure that I was comfortable during the process. She even provided breakfast and lunch for me during my install, which definitely pleased the foodie in me! 😁 I also appreciated her attention to detail as she made sure that my parts and grid were exact and precise. Shavon continues to be encouraging after my install and is willing to answer any follow up questions that I have. How does the Transfer Client: 6-Week Retie Subscription payment plan work?

You pay $50 initial setup, then seven additional $166.67 payments every six weeks totaling $2,050.04 across 72 weeks for eight appointments. Payments secure your appointment series and access priority scheduling; automated billing is available for convenience.

What services are included in the Transfer Client subscription package?

This subscription includes a 30-minute consultation, up to five hours of service per appointment, eight retie appointments, and one free loc repair appointment up to four hours. Products or additional extras may be billed separately.

Can I transfer or gift my Transfer Client subscription to someone else?

No. The subscription is non-transferable and intended for the purchaser only. It expires 365 days after purchase if not fully used. Please contact us for available alternatives or to discuss scheduling options if you cannot use your appointments.

How do I schedule or set recurring appointments with priority access?

After purchase we provide priority booking. Choose automatic recurring scheduling up to four months ahead during checkout or by contacting our front desk. We recommend booking all eight appointments early to secure preferred days and times.

What happens if I miss or reschedule a retie appointment?

Missed appointments may be subject to our cancellation policy. Please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule; recurring bookings can be adjusted within our rescheduling window. Repeated no-shows could forfeit appointments without refund.

Who is eligible for the Transfer Client: 6-Week Retie Subscription?

This plan is designed for clients transferring their loc maintenance to HairCUSTOMIZED, LLC who require regular six-week reties. New clients must attend the included consultation; suitability depends on loc condition and stylist assessment at the first appointment.
