Each scheduled retie includes the standard retie service plus one additional hour, typically equating to a 5-hour appointment for thorough maintenance. Your loctician will use this time to tighten, reshape, treat, and provide personalized product and care recommendations.
Yes. Subscribers receive priority scheduling and can book recurring appointments up to four months in advance. This helps secure consistent 4-week time slots; please notify us promptly for rescheduling to preserve your spot and timing.
If you miss a retie, contact us immediately to reschedule. While we try to accommodate changes, repeated missed appointments may be treated as fulfilled sessions. Remember the plan expires 365 days after purchase and sessions are non-transferable.
