What the service includes
This Two Strand Twists / Braids (No Added Hair) service starts at $90 and is scheduled for 180 MINUTES. The appointment includes a shampoo and styling with average sized medium/large parts. Roots are braided on up to 6 inches of natural, loose hair; no added hair is incorporated as part of this service.
Because the technique focuses on the client’s natural length, the stylist will section hair into medium/large parts and secure braid roots to create twists or braids from the scalp. The covered work stops at the hair length specified; any extension work or dramatic design options are booked separately under add-ons or the Braided Hair Extensions category.
Extras and exclusions explained
This service does not include a trim, deep conditioning treatment, or smaller/design parting work; those items are explicitly listed as not included. If you want precision parting, decorative patterns, or a cut or intensive conditioning, choose the corresponding add-on when you book so the appointment time and price reflect that work.
When you book in our South Laurel / Laurel Lakes area studio, mention any desired add-ons up front. Evening and weekend openings are available to fit commuter schedules for clients traveling via I-95, the Baltimore–Washington Parkway, or the MARC line. Add-ons must be scheduled so we can allocate time within the standard appointment window.
Length, pricing, logistics
The service covers braid roots on up to 6 inches of hair; for loose hair longer than 6 inches, an additional charge of $10 will be assessed for each inch. That per-inch adjustment affects the final price; it is applied at booking or check-in so you know the total before styling begins.
Plan for a 180 MINUTES appointment so travel and scheduling fit your routine. Local commuters and families use our evening and weekend slots for before- or after-work visits.
