Priority scheduling gives earlier booking windows and better availability. The recurring option lets you set follow-up appointments up to four months ahead on a recurring cadence, making maintenance predictable and easier to manage across all eight sessions.
Contact HairCUSTOMIZED promptly to reschedule; priority scheduling still applies but appointments must fit within certificate limits and expiry. Missed appointments count toward the eight sessions unless rescheduling is agreed upon within scheduling policy timeframe.
The certificate is non-refundable. It is assignable — you may transfer it to another person prior to redemption, but once assigned it can be redeemed only by that single individual and remains valid for 365 days from purchase.
