During the private consultation we review your event details, desired look, timing, and skin concerns. We recommend services, products, trial options, and provide pricing and a clear plan. The deposit reserves your date and will be credited if booked within thirty days.
The consultation deposit is non-refundable. If you schedule your makeup service within 30 days of the consultation, the deposit is applied to your event balance. Outside that window the deposit remains non-refundable but confirms your consultation appointment.
A trial can sometimes be scheduled during the consultation if timing allows, but most full trials require a separate appointment. We’ll advise whether an immediate trial is possible or recommend a follow-up trial to perfect your look.
We document allergies and sensitivities, suggest hypoallergenic and fragrance-free products, and recommend patch testing when necessary. Your artist will tailor techniques and product choices to minimize reactions while achieving your desired, long-lasting look.
We recommend scheduling the consultation 2–8 weeks before your event, earlier for complex looks or large groups. This window allows for trials, product testing, and scheduling flexibility; the deposit helps secure your preferred date.
Yes — we can cover bridal party needs in one consultation to review looks, timelines, and staffing. Depending on party size, we may recommend additional trials or separate appointments to ensure consistent results for each person.
