The consultation fee is non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule, the fee will automatically roll over as credit toward any service scheduled within 90 days, so you can book a future appointment without repaying the consultation cost.
Yes. Within 48 business hours you'll receive a written estimate by email outlining expected service length, materials or add-ons if applicable, and total cost. Use this estimate to compare options and confidently schedule your service.
