Yes. After the consultation we send a written estimate outlining expected service length and cost based on the information provided. Estimates are subject to change if in-person assessment reveals additional needs or hair-health concerns.
The consultation fee is non-refundable. It does, however, roll over as a credit toward any service scheduled within 90 days. Credits are tied to the original client and cannot be transferred to another person.
