What a virtual consult covers
Every new client must complete a Consultation (VIRTUAL) before booking loc installations, maintenance, repairs, loose natural styles, or braids. In a guided video or photo review we discuss your hair history, daily routine, and style goals. After the session you receive a written estimate of service length and an estimated cost to plan your appointment.
Virtual consultations are accommodated for select styles but are not a substitute for hands-on assessment when an in-person install or repair is required. If your hair needs direct inspection for extensions, complex starter patterns, or extensive repair, we will recommend an in-person appointment. We explain trade-offs so you can decide whether to proceed virtually or schedule a studio visit.
How the session works
To schedule a virtual consultation contact our Sales Team at 240-443-4219. The session lasts 60 MINUTES and the fee is $50. During that time we review photos or live video, confirm which services — like microlocs, loc extensions, reties, or braids — fit your goals, and outline a tentative timeline for service completion.
Prepare clear photos from several angles, a short history of recent services, and questions about upkeep and timing. The consultation fee is non-refundable but will roll over as a credit toward any service scheduled within 90 days. If the estimate changes after an in-person assessment, we will update timing and pricing before beginning work.

Our South Laurel / Laurel Lakes location is convenient for commuters using I-95, the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, or the MARC line, and evening and weekend openings accommodate before-or-after-work and family schedules across the suburban region.
