$50.00Required for everyone new to HairCUSTOMIZED before any hair service can be scheduled. Covers microlocs, loc extensions, traditional loc installations, loc maintenance/reties, loc repairs, loose natural styles, and braids/cornrows/crochets. A written estimate of service length and cost is provided afterward. Non-refundable; rolls over as a credit toward any service scheduled within 90 days.
Consultation (VIRTUAL)
$50.00Virtual version of the required new-client consultation. Covers microlocs, loc extensions, traditional loc installations, loc maintenance/reties, loc repairs, loose natural styles, and braids/cornrows/crochets. A written estimate of service length and cost is provided afterward. Non-refundable; rolls over as a credit toward any service scheduled within 90 days.
Makeup Consultation
$30.00Private conversation to analyze your event and determine the best makeup service for you. Deposit is non-refundable but goes toward your event when scheduled within 30 days of the consultation.

Consultations typically last 20–40 minutes. Virtual sessions usually run 20–30 minutes; in-salon consultations and makeup trials often extend 30–45 minutes. We’ll assess hair or skin, discuss goals, recommend services, and answer questions to finalize your appointment.
Virtual consultations are excellent for planning, color matching, and initial assessments, but they cannot replace all in-salon needs. Hands-on services like loc installation, chemical treatments, and some makeup trials require in-person visits for accurate execution and safety.
Consultation fees may apply; fees are often credited toward your booked service within a specified time. Some makeup trials or specialty assessments have separate pricing. Deposits for bookings depend on the service and secure your appointment; our policy covers cancellations and rescheduling.
